"I tried an expanded version of the cup stacking challenge on iTEAMS website from 2014. Highest level of student engagement I've witnessed of almost anything I've ever done with students. This one has multiple increasing levels of difficulty and limits on communication and use of hands." The looks of concentration on the students' faces in the photos of this activity tell it all. Nice work! I like the activity cards and the fact that they proceed from a stage in which verbal communication is allowed to a stage in which group members have to work together without verbal communication.

I have done this assignment as a team building lesson at the start of the school year. They all LOVE it! Fun, challenging and forces them to work together to accomplish a goal

Thanks for the post! The link to the activity cards is very helpful. I like the way the challenges change and get harder as the students progress.I can't wait to get started!
